3. Service Booking and Scheduling

3.1 Quotes and Estimates

Quotes provided are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary based on actual property conditions, size, and specific requirements discovered during service delivery. We will notify you of any significant price adjustments before proceeding with services.

3.2 Scheduling Appointments

Service appointments are scheduled upon mutual agreement. We will confirm appointment dates and times via email or phone. You are responsible for providing accurate contact information and service location details.

3.3 Rescheduling and Cancellations

To reschedule or cancel appointments, please provide at least 24 hours advance notice. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost. Emergency situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

3.4 Access to Property

You must provide our team with safe and reasonable access to the areas requiring cleaning services. If access is not available at the scheduled time, additional fees may apply for rescheduling or wasted travel time.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Service Fees

Service fees are based on factors including property size, service type, frequency, and specific requirements. All prices quoted are in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.

4.2 Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless alternative arrangements have been made in writing. We accept payment via:

  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • Electronic bank transfers
  • Other payment methods as agreed upon

4.3 Late Payments

Accounts not paid within 15 days of the invoice date may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month (18% annually) or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is less. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding balances.

All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for all sales, use, and other taxes associated with the Services.

  • Notify us immediately of any issues or concerns regarding service quality
  • Comply with all applicable laws and building regulations

6. Our Responsibilities and Service Standards

WAL Cleaning Service is committed to delivering high-quality professional cleaning services. We will:

  • Provide trained, background-checked, and insured cleaning professionals
  • Use eco-friendly cleaning products and professional equipment
  • Arrive at scheduled appointment times (or notify you of delays)
  • Respect your property and maintain confidentiality
  • Address any service concerns promptly and professionally
  • Comply with all applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We will:

  • Review your concerns promptly
  • Return to re-clean any areas that did not meet our standards at no additional charge
  • Work with you to resolve any legitimate service issues

This guarantee applies only to issues reported within 24 hours of service and does not cover damage resulting from client actions, pre-existing conditions, or issues beyond our control.

8. Liability and Insurance

8.1 Insurance Coverage

WAL Cleaning Service maintains general liability insurance and workers’ compensation coverage as required by law. All our employees are bonded and insured.

8.2 Property Damage

While we take every precaution to protect your property, accidents may occur. If our team damages your property during service delivery, please notify us immediately (within 24 hours). We will:

  • Investigate the claim promptly
  • Repair or replace damaged items when we are at fault
  • Work with our insurance provider for significant claims

We are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage or wear and tear
  • Damage to items that were not properly secured or disclosed
  • Damage resulting from hidden defects in property or fixtures
  • Loss or damage to cash, jewelry, valuables, or items of sentimental value
  • Damage caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., faulty equipment, building issues)

8.3 Limitation of Liability
